Firstly, can you tell us a little bit about what you do in your business? We are MAATS Tech Ltd and based in three locations around the UK – Winchester, Gloucester and Sunderland. The company is a marine engineering consultancy experienced in ship design for newbuilds or conversions. We also design and build cable laying equipment and are currently the world leader in such equipment. Have you been using Frillo for long? We started using Frillo in June 2013 after some brief research on the internet. We had felt our old suppliers were becoming dearer for the same service and so started looking around for more competitive prices. We found Frillo and haven’t used our old suppliers since. Do you think frillo has saved you money compared to your previous stationery supplier? Frillo has definitely saved us money. The more we purchase in one order then the better the value. What do you think to the service at frillo, namely the staff and the delivery service that frillo offer? The service is great and very reliable, especially deliveries. The few times we have had to get in touch with customer service have been positively handled with a quick response. Overall, would you recommend frillo to a friend or business associate? Yes, I would with no hesitation.

Can you tell us a little bit about your business? We are a signage company based on Sutton Fields Industrial Estate in Hull. Our main business is vehicle livery, digital print and with the recent acquisition of Action Signs more signage. Have you been using Frillo for long? April 2013 – recommended to our MD by someone local Do you think Frillo has saved you money compared to your previous stationery supplier? Frillo has definitely saved us money – many of the items we buy from Frillo are far more expensive from our previous suppliers. There are a couple of items that we still buy elsewhere but more because they are a specific paper type and Frillo do not supply this exact product. What do you think to the service at Frillo, namely the staff and the delivery service that Frillo offer? Excellent service, goods are delivered quickly and efficiently. Whenever I have needed to contact Frillo staff they have always responded promptly and resolved any queries or problems I may have had. Overall, would you recommend Frillo to a friend or business associate? Without doubt, in fact I have recommended to my husband who is the general manager of a local training organisation.

Tell us a little bit about your business/organisation I am the office manager at West London Students Union based in Ealing Broadway, London. Our stationery needs range from regular items to the odd. Have you been using Frillo long? I started using Frillo in August 2013, literally a week after I started my current job. I was asked to find the university a permanently cheaper stationery alternative and this led me to Frillo. On average we probably order from frillo twice per month. Do you think Frillo has saved you money compared to your previous stationery supplier? Frillo has undoubtedly saved us money, at least 20 – 30% cheaper on regular items; that’s compared both to our previous supplier and other companies I researched. What do you think to the service at Frillo, namely the staff and the delivery service that Frillo offer?

Frillo staff are all extremely patient and go far beyond their job description especially when sourcing items that are not readily available.
