What is a marketplace?

A marketplace is just the name for a place where you can buy lots of different products, probably from a wide range of suppliers. The Frillo marketplace has several suppliers offering a wide range of products and will be getting even bigger every single month.

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 5pm on working days.

What if I’m not there when my order comes?

Not to worry, someone else in your office or building can sign for the delivery. If not, then the couriers will leave you a note explaining how you can reschedule the delivery with them. Please note that after three delivery attempts, goods will be returned to us and will require payment of another delivery fee to resend.

How do I return a product?

It’s really easy. You can either go to the ‘my account’ section of the Frillo website, select the order you wish to return and complete the returns form, or, you can get in touch with one of the customer service team members and they will be happy to go through the process for you.

How much does the collection cost?

It’s absolutely free. You can find out more about returning our products on our Returns Policy page.

I’ve forgotten my password. Can I get a new one?

Yes. We can send you a temporary password to your email address. You can use this password to log in then change it to something more memorable.

Can I cancel an order?

You might be able to if you cancel it as quickly as possible after you’ve ordered it. This is subject to our suppliers and the couriers, so it’s more down to luck than policy.

I’ve been using Frillo for a while now, has anything changed I need to know about?

There have definitely been some big changes to the site, we hope for the better. You should now be able to find a much larger range of products, that will be growing all the time, still at the same great prices you are used to. Keep an eye on Frillo, there will be some brilliant additions to the marketplace taking place.
